no plugins needed for dlc
USB transfer is the quickest way to transfer you can use any file transfer but i suggest USB
After down loading the File

 

CUSTOM DLC

 

you want to put the downloaded File on a USB to transfer it to yore RGH DEV OR JTAG
use xex menu to find the USB or you can use any file transfer program you wish
If you have problems i will tell you to go USB !
Copy the downloaded file you want and put in to the WRIGHT FOLDER LISTED BELOW
