EA and PopCap Games have announced that tomorrow will see the launch of a free Graveyard Variety Pack content update for Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare 2, adding a new map, new Backyard Battleground missions, and various gameplay features and balancing tweaks.
In the Graveyard Variety Pack, you'll find the new "Zomburbified Garden Center" map reimagined from the first PvZ: Garden Warfare, renamed Aqua Center; a nighttime version of The Great White North Map; new quests to complete in the Backyard Battleground, new gameplay and control options, character tweaks, improvements and balance adjustments.
PopCap is also looking to address one of the game's most overpowered characters and a 'thorny' issue for many (hur hur): Rose. "This is an important topic for many of you and we’ve received tons of valuable player feedback related to her ability to deal damage in the game," says the game's Creative Director Justin Wiebe.
"Rose was conceived as a support role/specialist, not a primary damage dealer, and we’ve been working on rebalancing her to fit that role. This fix is going to be implemented very soon and we thank you for your patience and incredible support while we get it ready."
